What you need to know:

All registrations must be postmarked on or before Feb. 18, 2026

Payment must accompany Registration in full.

Please note that childcare is not available. Nursing babies under nine months of age are welcome. If you plan to bring an infant, please notify the registrar and your roommates.

IMPORTANT | After the deadline, refunds are made only in the case of extreme emergency.

Requests for refund must be emailed to the registrar. Registration funds are used to secure rooms and deposit on meals. We are required to pay for the individual, even if she does not come. If you find you cannot come, please make every effort to find your own replacement.
