  1. Our registration deadline is September 16. Promotional materials were sent to churches and individuals in June, and available here.
  2. Register ONLINE, or send the REGISTRATION FORM by mail.
  3. Hotel reservations are on your own, and the deadline with the Clarion Hotel for our group rates is September 16th, as well, but get your reservations as soon as possible, as our price will not be held after that. More information about hotel reservations below.
