You may register online or by mail. All registrations must be submitted or mailed on or before February 24th.

After deadline, refunds are made only in the case of extreme emergency.
Requests must be made in writing and sent to the registrar. Registration funds are used to secure rooms. We are required to pay for the individual, even if she does not come. If you find you cannot come, please make every effort to find your own replacement.
